Fantastic customer service today. I'm no pond expert, my husband is in charge of that... but following a gold fish related tragedy we went to World of Water today and the service was fabulous. We were helped by a member of staff who was clearly knowledgeable and passionate about his subject and helped us sort out our pond issues without the hard sell. Highly recommended and we will return for our future pond related needs.

Have to go here often for pond liners. The guys are always very helpful and professional. Nothing is a problem. Thanks guys. 👍

All about fish and the equipment. The staffs in wraysbury or the chertsey are all genuinely nice.
