Had a World First account for may years and never ever had a problem. Latest experience is like being in the seventh circle of Dantes Hell. If I was to detail the over four hours of conversations and more than ten + phone calls to their London office I don't think I would be believed but it is true. MY ADVICE , DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT ANY KIND OF EFFICIENT SERVICE. They are beyond the pale.
This is a dysfunctional company. Web site is the most unhelpful for the type of this business. They constantly move things around on this web site, and every time there's some kind of technical problem resulting in login issues, then your own funds aren't even available. Then they create artificial problems with transactions coming in and ask you to upload documents for no reason at all. This is utter nightmare and waste of time. You will not save anything with then on FX because they add additional fees even on small transactions. Best to avoid.
Have waited for nearly weeks to regain the ability to withdraw funds and still waiting. They said my account had fallen dormant - but this excludes the ability to receive funds, only when I try to withdraw funds? Have had to resend all my account setup information, despite nothing having changed, to try and regain access to my money. One week later and still no ability to withdraw. I need to pay a supplier, who cannot understand why I am unable to withdraw from my own account, nor do I?
They have been holding over £2k of our money for 6 weeks stating they need proof of various things, which have ALL been sent. They continuously send you on a goose chase, don't answer phones, claim its on the way back, claim they are waiting to speak to 'them' who is them!?, claim by the end of the day etc.... I am 99.9% sure this company has turned into a Ponzi scheme. As other reviewers have stated, they are taking clients money to pay others. I am contacting action fraud, the FCA and my solicitor today. Before you say you have no record of me, it's Tact One Ltd. Edited to add: PLEASE don’t use this company we are taking them to small claims court now. They don’t answer emails or phone calls. 10000% scam.
I have been a customer of Worldfirst for quite a few years however since they launched their new online system the customer service has disappeared. Confusing, time wasting, delayed payments and no customer service. I have since moved my business to another company
Used to be a great company! Now totally useless! Can't ever get through on the phone, "live chat" is the usual computer not a person and no response to eMails. Will never try to use them again!
Although I have been asked the same question twice to submit documents for incoming payment, the payment has been received without any issues. I hope that i will not be asked each time for documents for future incoming payments. Thank you
As an exsiting customer Ive being trying to contact this company for 5 day. Call back ignored, 4 emails to some chinese outfit and I still cannot use the new website. Appalling service. Moved on!
