BEWARE: Look very carefully at the alcohol content. They mix bottles of different ABV on the shelf for the same price! Jim Beam had 32.5% and 35% mixed up on the shelves. Not Good, when it doesn't match the price tag for it. A few items are a good discount from supermarket prices, but do check first

Not impressed with new duty free. Tobacco products are cheaper compare to high street prices. Alcohol varies. But with limit to take to EU don’t know what is the point.

Preorder for the best deals. I didn't really understand why they had bagged our order as they have to open the sealed bags to scan the items, surely there is s better way, but hay!

5 staff and I was the only customer. I was refused service as I had my dog with me. Staff cited health and safety. Can’t leave dog locked in hot car. Eurotunnel is supposed to be dog friendly.  Sad.
