Beautiful house with original features and interactive guides. Great exhibition of well known faces and personalities of the lake District. Flowering garden with well established plants and a working kitchen. Well worth a visit.
Quite small overall but they have done well with it, the working kitchen is a great feature.
Its shut, possibly forever if the local rumours are to be believed. Nice garden, house a bit dull.

Enjoyed this visit way more than expected. Interactive rooms allowed the inquisitive side of me to explore a bit more and nice guides to ask questions of. Beautiful gardens too. Went during the Word Board exhibition which was really interesting too
Very enjoyable visit, enjoyed reading the history of the Wordsworth family. The free tea and coffee / refreshments was a pleasant surprise.

An absolutely stunning and amazing house as well as an educational journey about the life of the Wordsworth's. Staff were so friendly and helpful providing detailed information. A real treat and something for all ages!
