Fabulous Reception Lady I was there with a colleague to carry out the regular water safety checks. The young lady behind the Reception Area assisted us with our passes and, later, obtaining certain access keys. She is a credit to her employer and a wonderful example to all who administer clients, customers and trade visitors. Her demeanor is both friendly and professional at the same time and you couldn't be in nicer hands when you visit.
I went here over a year ago, it was the best college I’ve been to. The teaching is top quality and the teachers are supportive and they listen to you if you have any problems. They respect your decisions and you’re treated like an adult. The learning support is outstanding, I can’t put into words how good it is. If you want an outstanding college with excellent support for you, come here! You won’t regret it
College itself may be great, but I had to sit in Reception at Redditch and listen to the most AWFUL receptionist! She patronised callers, telling them she was 'just on reception' and didn't know the answer to their question. A horrible attitude, manipulative, putting people down. What she should have said was, "I am sorry, I don't know the answer, but let me take your number and I'll get back to you." No! This very rude young woman made it all the caller's fault and she revelled in her power. Did not hear her help one single person! Management need to listen to the way she is damaging the college's reputation.
Heart of Worcestershire College, Deansway, Worcester is the Worcester campus of the College which also has sites in Redditch, Bromsgrove and Malvern. The College buildings in Deansway, Worcester were completed in the early 1970's and are listed buildings of architectural significance which meant they could not receive the cosmetic makeover given to the College buildings at Bromsgrove and Redditch. There are three separate College buildings on Deansway - Cathedral Building Engineering courses St. Andrew's Building Computing, Science and the Arts and All Saint's Building Public Services, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality & Catering.
Waste of space and time, staff rude and ignorant, should be shut down and stuff should be banned from teaching.
Just went for a transitional meeting before starting my music course in September, was a very positive experience and the staff were enthusiastic showing me around the building, also helpful staff helped me find where I needed to go at reception and outdoors
This college has a fantastic team in the business school, who taught me as a mature student not only the core requirements of higher education business education, but also how to be a student, and how to complete reports etc. I would highly recommend the College if you want to get a real grounding of higher education.
I visited the college Library to do some research. The library staff were very helpful, knowledgable and they went out of their way to assist me. Much appreciated!
Awful. Got badly bullied and had to leave and no one was going to do anything about it. Left with bad mental health issues after attending here.
