I highly recommend Neil. I had a long term issue with my neck and shoulder and I am now pain free. Neil is very thorough and in every session he reviews the programme and adjusts it according to your progress. He explains clearly the aim of the treatment and the causes of the injury. Neil would not hesitate to refer you to an appropriate specialist if the physiotherapy does not achieve the desired effect - unlike some other practitioners who tend to continue treatments for financial gain. Both my husband and daughter have been treated by Neil and are also very happy with his work.
Neil has been helping me recover after a stress injury. I enjoy running and I was unable to even walk post injury. There were other physio-therapists who had treated me but the pain and discomfort I felt did not go away. I was third time lucky when I contacted Neil for his opinion. He was very patient in understanding my issue. His examination was thorough and backed with research, which he is very happy to share. It makes so much of a difference to someone in pain, when you understand the science behind the issue. I’ve literally felt my confidence rebound in my recovery. Thank you Neil for your support and advice.
I started to visit Neil several months ago because of a Frozen Shoulder. I was told by many sources that this would take 18 months to 3 years to heal. To my surprise I have made excellent progress and am 90% there all within 3 months thanks to Neil's hard work. I was giving a weekly exercise program which worked well together with Neil's encouragement and physio treatment. I've stopped attending sessions now as I am well enough to complete the final stages of recovery myself, but would definitely chose Neil again as my physiotherapist if the need arises again which I hope it does not!
Neil is very knowledgeable and was excellent at diagnosing my recent neck pain. With his physio massage and exercise guidance over several sessions I was able to overcome the pain and self manage going forward, I'm now pain free. The video guides he would send were useful too, thank you Neil!
Neil did a fantastic job.. this was the first time I have used a Physio, it was a great experience. I had suffered intense pain and to go from ad hoc reoccurrence to having an ankle that is strong and has enable me to go back to all the dad duties and physical demands that I used to do. Thanks Neil - i would 100% recommend him and use him again in a heart beat.
Have consulted with Neil on a number of occassions over the years and most recently related to an Achilles issue. As always, Neil was thorough in his assessment, challenging in setting the exercise regeme to aid recovery and always focussed on the required outcomes wrt mobility, sports participation etc. During Covid era he was very careful in keeping with Covid safe protocols which was very reassuring. A particularly reassuring aspect for me was Neil's knowledge and acceptance of when physio treatment was not showing the desired results, he was able to give great advice to try other interventions which could make a positive difference. Thus he has very much become a trusted advisor for me.
Neil is a great physio. I trust him I was a health professional and he has really helped me with my shoulder problem. I have no hesitation in recommending him
We first visited Neil after my 13 year old son had had a knee operation. My son is a very keen football player. We can’t thank Neil enough for the work he has done with Charlie to bring his fitness back. He has helped physically and mentally to get Charlie back doing what he loved. Thank you Neil, we can’t recommend you enough.
saw Neil during lock-down initially via Zoom, then in person for a running- caused Achilles problem. Excellent, targeted advice , guidance re exercises, and intervention, over several weekly appointments ,which has enabled a return to c 3- 4 mile runs on alternate days. Thoroughly recommended, and would certainly return if needs - be.
I could never thank enough Neil. I have been through a lot of pain and in the darkest days I was even thinking about changing my job. He was patient, calm, always positive and available. Thank to him, I avoid a painful surgery and now after this journey, I am pain free. Thank you so much Neil.
