Worst fish and chips ever. Me and my long lasting friend gwilyn entered your establisment expecting a standard gourmet chips however what we were faced with was less than satisfactory chips. Watersy curry sauce, frozen tasteless chips and chicken that probably wants chicken. One of the guys looked nice tho. Thanks x

I am absolutely shocked about your customer service on the phone, so I gave him my address and because I corrected him he hung up an rejected all of my calls, you have lost a loyal customer!! I wish I checked the reviews before hand! Glad I didn't pay for soggy food.

Your managers attitude is disgusting your fish is like leather, as are your pies, i was willing to keep the fish and pay for the chips to be sent out but you just want to make money. You care nothing about your customers. I will leave bad feedback on google as well as trust pilot, Etc you need to learn some customer service skills.

Tried charging me for using a card whilst in person even though it’s been illegal to do so for a month. Explained to them and they refused to serve me.

very poor service, and the quality is awful! food was half hour later than guaranteed and arrived cold, when we called the restaurant, the manager seemed really not to care about the poor quality of their delivery drivers, defnitely will not order from here ever again!

Absolute joke, terrible chips, terrible fish. Probably a money laundering operation if I'm honest.
