Dave dealt with me at the dealership. Very polite and welcoming. Open to any discussions. He let me test drive the vehicle I wanted and was very helpful with everything. 100% recommend him and the dealership for any vehicle.
Fantastic service and team. The car was top quality and Dave showed me round the car and explained the whole process and was very knowledgeable and helped with every stage from viewing to completion of sale. I called this dealership after a week of searching for a car with no luck & lots of issues, I spoke to David who sorted me out with something within budget and what I wanted within hours, he was friendly and extremely helpful and made me feel at ease.nWhen I collected my car my exchange was done with Sophie from Woodson cars who again was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and gave us space and time to look over the car without feeling pressured by being watched or rushed.nThank you Woodson cars for the smooth friendly and easy sale after weeks of stress!
We had an exceptional experience with Woodson cars after sadly a horrendous experience with a previous car we bought from another dealer and had to return.nnFrom initial enquiry with Sophie who was so friendly and helpful to arriving to test drive the BMW where we were looked after by Gareth. The whole experience was amazing in comparison to previous experiences.nnGareth let us test drive 2 cars and told us to take our time. He was friendly, laid back not pushy at all and when we found the car we liked, he was really accommodating when we explained we'd like the car but couldn't collect until after our holiday. It was no trouble at all, a deposit was paid and car was serviced, MOTd and ready to collect 2 weeks later with a warranty.nnWe collected the car from Sophie who was also lovely and down to earth. The whole experience from start to finish was heart warming and not your typical car dealership. We felt they really valued customers and wanted the best experience for them.nnWe'll definitely return for our next car.nnThanks Jayne & Trevor
