My mother lived at Woodside hall for four years. We were very happy with her care. The staff took her individual needs into consideration and were attentive,and she felt safe.The room was clean and pleasant.The home provided a host of activities during the year.The clients and families were also encouraged to voice any concerns they may have had at regular meetings with staff.I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Whenever I visit Woodside Hall I receive a warm welcome. The home is always clean and well presented and the staff balance professionalism with a kind and caring attitude. It is always a pleasure to see Sharon, her team and the residents.

A very professionally run and caring place. The place is well maintained and the staff have a great sense of care towards those that reside. My dad went into hospital recently and one of the carers took my dad his phone in his own time visiting the hospital. My dad likes it at Woodside and really gets on with the staff who have only his best wellbeing in mind. Lovely place and set in nice grounds . Thank you

This home has always been a pleasure to visit, the staff are very kind and caring towards the residents. the home has a lovely atmosphere and is very clean.

I have visited Woodside Hall many times and it always seem to be a happy place.

I worked here over summer and I must say that it truly is the most delightful place. Sharon is an exceptional manager and truly listens to her staff. Debbie, the Nurse in Charge is the kindest woman who really does her all for the residents and has their health and wellbeing at her heart. Residents and treated to a whole host of exciting activities led by two adorable activities coordinators who help them remember their past and bring a sense of fun to what must sometimes feel like a scary place to be amongst your own thoughts. All of the carers, cleaners, nurses and cooks are super and provide second to none care for those at the home. There is a gorgeous therapy dog, Tilly, who really lives the place up and you can see the spark come back to residents eyes when they receive the love and care that's available here. I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone and everyone who is in need of either respite or long term care of this degree.

We had to stop for an emergency as our baby was throwing up in our vehicle. This nursing home was the closest stop. We asked if we could use their toilet to change our baby who was covered in vomit. I could see from the door that the toilet was for visitors and about 10 steps ahead of us. After about 5 minutes of waiting they refused to let us in using covid as the reason. We then had to change our 1 year old in the parking lot. You would think as a "nursing home" they would care about people's wellbeing. Thanks for putting this place on my list of homes to never recommend.

Broke down in my car outside, but it looked nice

From what I remember the management and senior staff was always rude and unhelpful
