I have been going to Woodside Clinic for a number of years, their holistic approach has stopped me having surgery, the different treatments are complementary to one another. Lisa is a sports masseuse she and Pratik the osteopath between them keep me walking and upright, Chris the podiatrist keeps my feet in tip top condition so that I can balance and walk correctly. It is thanks to this wonderful, helpful, supportive , kind and amusing team that I am able to enjoy a pain free life. In addition the reception staff are fantastic really sympathetic and empathic. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Brilliant experience at woodside clinic. Was able to book an appointment through their online system which was very straightforward to use. Friendly reception staff. I saw Ana one of the physiotherapists who was excellent, she spent time listening to me about my muscular complaint. Thorough examination and then gave realistic exercises and advice on how to improve my pain. She explained everything very clearly and asked multiple times if I had any questions. Within a few days my pain was eased. Ana was awesome and can highly recommend the clinic.

I came to Woodside Clinic to get treatment for insertional achilles tendonitis, which had previously been diagnosed 10 years ago and has been a recurring and chronic issue during that time. I have been very sporty throughout my life and am a young man, however I thought that I may have to stop running and other sport like cycling, as a result of the chronic pain I was suffering from. The pain was so bad that I was struggling to walk up and down stairs and would often limp when walking, particularly after sitting down. I put up with the pain for years, and have tried all sorts of treatments such as acupuncture and guided injections, but it got to a point where it was not going away and hampering my day to day life and making me very unhappy. I came to the Woodside Clinic to see Pratik on the basis of a recommendation. I had heard of Shockwave treatment before, but didn't know much about it. Pratik was incredibly welcoming, helpful and reassuring when treating me. Pratik spent time considering the extent of my injury before deciding whether to pursue shockwave treatment and explained all the steps of the treatment from the beginning and as it progressed. The treatment itself was very straightforward, and each week I felt less pain and less pain and more confident going up and down the stairs. The treatment also allowed me to do the strengthening exercises that I previously couldn't do and Pratik talked me through how to progress with the exercises and sporting activities really clearly. The treatment has been incredibly beneficial: I am now walking and running around again without pain. It's made a huge difference to my life and my general well-being - the fact I'm able to run again and pain free!, gives me such an important outlet. I'm also now planning to run a local park run again and can't wait to get back to it! Thank you Pratik and to the Woodside Team for all your help and support!
My 16 year old son has had a course of acupuncture treatment with Ann for his migraines. I have been very impressed with the treatment and the team at Woodside. Everyone is friendly and helpful. As for the treatment every thing was explained and any questions answered and it seems as if the 8 weeks have made a massive difference to both the frequency and severity of his migraines.
I've been attending the Pilates class on Saturdays and really enjoy the enthusiasm, energy and experience of the instructor Claire, even when adapting to offering these online until gyms can open again! I've also received Osteopath treatment at Woodside and no matter who I am seen by, I always feel heard and valued as a customer. My treatment was well explained and communicated throughout the different techniques used during my appointment. I always feel in very safe hands with the professionals at Woodside and even since the lockdown measures lifted.

I have been attending Pilates classes with Claire for about four months now. I have one large and one small herniated disc and sit at my desk too much. I walk into Claire's class stiff and achy and walk out smiling and feeling supple. I can feel improvement in my posture. Lovely class, friendly people. Very good value.
I first met Claire in January 2019 after treatment for my back at the clinic. I joined a small Pilates group which is an excellent safe environment. Claire is so caring and listens to everyone's needs each week. Thank you so much
I have been using Woodside Clinic for group Pilates classes to strengthen my core. I have two prolapsed discs and need to learn to strengthen the muscles around that area. The instructor Claire was very helpful and provided me with clear instructions and exercises that will help. The Reformer seems to be an amazing piece of equipment too. I chose Woodside initially for their availability late in the evening due to work commitments but the small classes are definitely a bonus due to the amount of personal instruction you receive. I'd most definitely recommend them.
