Absolutely disgraceful service!! We took are extremely poorly cat into this vets on the weekend where he stayed overnight then the next day someone went to pick him up as they said there was nothing wrong with him. 2 days later suffering not being able to walk, poo or eat he unfortunately passed away from kidney failure or cancer. I wish this vets had just put him to sleep to save him suffering absolutely disgusting!!
I cannot thank the Woodlands team enough for their kindness and dedication over the last week. My cat fell ill on Christmas Day and we ended up at Woodlands on Boxing Day treating him for an extreme UTI. Emergency staff were excellent, as were all the other staff I met over the last week. I was constantly talked through my options in a professional and respectful manner. Special thanks goes to Chloe for our final visit yesterday - a very hard decision to make, but she was compassionate, patient and did everything to make the experience as dignified as possible. Here's a few of Fred in better days
Can't praise enough. Literally saved my little queen and her babies. Lovely staff, they were very compassionate in what was a difficult time for me. Thank you woodlands out of hours team.

At last a vet practice that treat pets like they are their own. I cannot thank everyone at woodlands enough for all the hard work they put into saving my pet from the touch and go situation they were in. It was an emotional time but I was informed regularly of new steps taken and of slight improvements. You worked your magic and put a massive smile on a few people faces again and for that I will be forever thankful. Amazing practice amazing people. You guys are the best.
Have been taking our elderly little dog to Woodlands for about 6 or 7 years now. Always a great service and reception. We came upon Eleni vet a few years ago and she has literally been a ‘life saver’ for little Poppy. She has so much empathy and care for animals. If there is any doubt, I can call and leave a message for Eleni, and she will call back in a few hours to discuss our options. I always request to see her if we need to go for any reason. Poppy is now 16, and still doing well. Thank you Eleni and Woodland.
Excellent practice with brilliant, friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend
Really helpful staff, always seem to be able to get our cats in when needed. Chose due to location as is great for emergencies. Prices are a little high but you do get what you pay for. Only issue is it would be nice to have areas for dogs only as they seem to scare a lot of the other animals, especially our cats.
We had to take my cat to the vet. Thankfully she was ok. She can be treated with antibiotics. Everyone in the vets friendly and helpful.
My experience of this vets has been less than satisfactory. Iv struggled getting the flea tablets even though I pay £43 a month pet plan. I had a terrible experience with my cat, he was taken from the room with no communication, they were really abrupt and uncaring. My cat gets extremely stressed in the car and vets this wasn’t taken into consideration. Treatments were performed and not communicated. I was told my cat wouldn’t make it till morning, I felt bullied into a £700-800 operation that he probably wouldn’t survive, being 16 years old. No other options were given. I had to beg for my pet back. We all left extremely stressed, I was left in reception in tears. I wrote a polite email offering to pay part of the bill as I didn’t feel what they had charged was fair, they took weeks to reply, didn’t ask me any questions of what had happened. There has been no care for the paying customer and no one even rang to see to see if my cat lived. Luckily I have found a vets that have been more than helpful and have offered free treatment to cover what woodlands didn’t. This vets is a money merry go round in my opinion and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
