Very very poor course management and customer service lets it down. We got stuck behind a 4 ball who refused to let us through and ruined a round as it took 3.5 hours for 11 holes. THE 4 BALL SNEAKED IN BUT APPARENTLY THATS OK AS THEY WERE LOCALS. We approached the owner for a contribution or partial refund and he flatly refused and conveyed the message through a young assistant in the shop. The course is big and hard and has potential but it is obvious by the shoddy car park and club house there is a distinct lack of money. Maybe better customer awareness would help or just professional course management. CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE RUSHING BACK ANYTIME SOON.
