Both ladies serving tonight one at the post office and one at the counter were very rude and extremely unfriendly
Very disappointed with the service at this location. The lady with short hair and glasses was unhelpful and rude when I asked for assistance with packaging, offering no viable solutions. This experience has left me frustrated.nnI’ll drive elsewhere next time.
Don’t use it often but 5pm close for the post office is poor, especially when the less accessible town centre one is open to 5.30
Such helpful staff, both behind the counter and in the shop. We are so lucky to have our own PO offering so many services when others are closing down.
Staff are always very friendly and helpful, lovely local shop. Great to have a little post office at the back.
