Amazing service - had a small problem with a decorative item and they are sending a replacement- very swift and excellent customer service

We were looking for a particular print but with a certain frame. Non of which were on the website but when contacting them Charlotte was amazing and provided us with exactly what we were looking for. Customer service was more than 5 star!! Will be using them again for sure!

Awfull customer service. Refused to acknowledge an issue with an item they have supplied and have accused me of mistreating the product with no evidence. Left me feeling attacked instead of resolving the problem.

I'm a regular here. There's always good coffee, excellent cakes and the staff are great fun.  There's the added bonus that it's the perfect place to buy a gift.

Very nice shop and nice cafe too.
