I needed a new battery for my BMW. This had to be programmed in after fitting. They ordered the battery for me and I went in at a time to suit me. The job was done within half an hour at a price I was very pleased with and a lot cheaper than well known companies! Very friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.
We got a puncture at the very start of a long journey home. Despite being busy, they were able to repair the tyre and get us back on our way within 25 minutes. Everyone we spoke to was lovely and very good at explaining the repair needed without being patronising or talking down to us 3 women like at some other garages I have stopped at.
I telephoned as I had an issue with a tyre and I was working in the area They said yes come down in ten minutes that's fine. I turned up at their reception and waited, waited a bit longer and simply gave up waiting. Went round the corner to somewhere else, got sorted straight away and new tyre supplied and fitted. I'm unsure why they didn't want to serve me but obviously I won't return
Needed a puncture repair, whilst in the workshop the technician advised my pads & discs were v low and showed me the reason , very clear, no mis selling, saved me a second visit and well priced. Refreshing service, I would highly recommend and will be using again moving forwards.
They DONT rip women off like some garages as I know a bit about cars! Been using this garage for 7 years now. Always fantastic customer service from the manager with a great bunch of mechanics with good sense of humours. Previously fitting me in for urgent repairs before I go to work away. Topped up my power steering fluid for free. Would highly recommend.
Very much similar to the Melton Tyres branch, the team are honest, helpful and utterly reliable. They always go out of their way to help people at short notice which is reassuring. The parts and services are reasonably priced.
Arrived at Woodbridge Tyres on minute before closing on Saturday with a flat tyre. The guys worked over and repaired it, thus saving me all the hassle of a tow truck which would have ruined my "awayday" from looking after my 101 year old mum. So a big thanks to the staff there. Very grateful customer.
These really good bunch of mechanics have never let me down in nearly 8 years! Always fit my cars in, work well as a TEAM. Friendly, good banter and dont over charge like some garages do when your a female.
Helpful friendly and good service
I took my 9 year old car to Woodbridge Tyres & Exhaust for a routine annual service, having had no prior issues with my vehicle. I was phoned later that day to inform me that, "Something had happened," to my car during the service which had resulted in the engine completely seizing, though I could obtain no further details as to what exactly had happened to cause this. I was then told that my car would require a new engine to be fitted and that this would be entirely at the garage's expense, though they refused to give me this in writing until I had spoken to their insurance company. After finally hearing from the garage's insurance company, I was then told that my car was not worth the cost of repair and so would be written off, and that it was now, "Out of the garage's hands," seeing as they had made an insurance claim. After investigating a number of options I was left with no alternative but to take the insurance payout and buy a car as close to what I had, leaving me £500 out of pocket. I am still very angry as to this day I have never been given any explanation as to what mistake was made, which even with my limited knowledge seems quite obvious. I cannot at all recommend Woodbridge Tyres & Exhaust, and I will never be using them or any garage associated with the Hadleigh Tyre Group again.
