Why do all motorway services insist on having the disabled toilets as far away from the car park as is humanly possible? Quite obvious the designer / architect of these service areas does not have a problem with mobility
Not enough parking for hgv drivers. Have to try and find somewhere blocking people to have a break. Toilets where not the worst but not the best.
Nice experience I was able to use the ladies to freshen up Got some snacks from the supermarket too before continuing with the journey
Nice place for stop on the road Have everything food,petrol,toilet and supermarket
Rude female member of staff on 22/2/21 am Very rude to a customer who used the female toilet as the mens was locked for at least 10 mins. Disabled also in very slow use. I I spoke to my clients like that I would be sacked. You need to monitor your staff and customer service better.
Well laid out garage with all facilities and a well stocked shop

Stop at Tibshelf for breakfast - it has a McD’s. Breakfast stand was rubbish - over-priced, bad quality. Big queues for Starbucks as only one open. Toilets rammed and a bottle neck
