I rarely leave reviews, unless they are really good, or very bad. Really good will only get 4 stars, as i reserve 5 for the best. This company definitely deserves the full 5 from me. Apart from selling quality products, their customer service and after sale care, is the best i have ever experienced. You really do not need to worry about spending your money here. They clearly take pride in what they sell, and will make sure that you receive what you pay for, in full working order. I had some issues that where no fault of theirs, and they fixed them all straight away, with no hassle to myself.
Just received my GluBot from WWW and very impressed with communication, packaging, and additional correspondence outlining their other services. Thank you....I'll be back
These good people are the gold standard in customer service. My orders are always despatched incredibly quickly and well packaged. On the rare occasion where something is damaged in transit not their fault, they have had a replacement out to me within 24 hours. On another occasion, I had a number of issues with a very expensive, but ultimately faulty woodpeckers product which is a nightmare for them to source at the moment. They worked hard to replace parts but due to stock issues weren't able to. In the end they've agreed to a full refund even after telling me to use it for a while. I just wish they sold everything. I wouldn't have to shop anywhere else.
Excellent Products & Service Ordered a Chisel Roll and some Silicone Chisel Guards. Phone answered straight away, dealt with very quickly and professionally by Chris. Products arrived soon, good quality and in good order. Very pleased, thank you. Would recommend.
Got my order quickly. It arrived with cosmetic damage from the factory, not this retailer and they resolved the issue quickly and without fuss. Were great on the phone too - happy with the service.
Well I posted on woodworking UK Facebook page looking for a mechanical pencil . And the owner of this company was one of the first to reply. I also told him I was looking for a incra square and he advised me that there was a sale on at moment. So I purchased it. Brilliant company
It pains me to say but the service here has been absolutely awful. Order placed on 20/12 pre Brexit Some items not in but promised they would be in within a week. 11/1 refunded because VAT had been charged but refunded without the shipping charge Chased and got shopping recharged Asked if the product was in stock - told yes so placed new order The item wasn’t in stock so went on pre-order Arrived in Spain, couldn’t pay charges on their couriers website Sent mail to Woodworkers workshop - received a response a week later Paid the charges No delivery - sent email on 03 Feb asking them to chase up Received a response a week later after I chased again. There was an issue with their courier in Spain it would take a week to resolve I chased 10 days later after no communication No response from Woodworkers workshop Today I received a refund - but partial because of the charges I had to pay which I cannot recover Awful service - never using them again Following the reply - I suggest you read the emails to highlight how many errors and the obvious lack of communication on your behalf. As you say a regular customer, if I get treated this way - God help any newcomers. Happy to be rid of Woodworkers Workshop - shocking service.

If you are looking for quality tools from known manufactures at a reasonable price - look no further. If you want to combine it with a very rare and uncompromising attitude towards customers service - you landed in the right place. No matter if you call them on the phone or write through their website - or a dedicated email - answer follows PROMPTLY. It's very impressing - I wish all stores behaved like www. I've not bought a lot, but what I dig buy was excellent - and a bit expensive : I cannot recommend www enough - to be trusted your next buy! HIGHLY recommended - 6 stars if possible!
Excellent customer service. I ordered an iGaging caliper from WWW and it arrived within a day or so. Unfortunately the rubber seal on the lid of the battery compartment had been trapped and distorted so it wouldn't seat properly. I emailed Jim and a whole replacement caliper was on my doorstep within 24 hours. You can't ask better than that.
