I would like to say thank you to a tube staff member who helped me when I collected my husband's 60+ freedom pass that was kind of lost from the staff. He also probably had a difficult time dealing with him who were confused at that time. When I saw the staff, he kindly listened to my side of the story. It helped me a lot mentally just communicating with him while I was really under great stress. I just felt human kindness from this staff and am glad that I live in this community. My husband now overcame the crisis.
Trains are always on time and prompt, my only complaint is that there are no rubbish bins. On the way to work when I’m still tired I like to have an energy drink and there is no where to put the empty can afterwards.
The only station where the people that work there let people on the train for FREE. All day everyday. The violent people especially get a free pass. Really sad to hear from the people that work here saying they need the police there to stop people getting through the gates for free. And they cannot say anything to anyone trying to get on trains for free in fear of losing their jobs. TFL... sort this out
GREAT TUBE STATION WHICH NEVER SEEM TO BE HECTIC EVEN THOUGH CAN BE BUSY AT TIMES.nnSTATION STAFF'S FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE LOCAL AREA.
