I went to the Congleton restaurant on a Saturday afternoon the atmosphere was ok, not much going on but I did really like the music in the background that was different and unusual. Food wise the garlic dough balls are worth the money 100%, taste so good and they look just as good as they taste. The pizza was good but not amazing. I asked for extra cheese and it did not look like there wasn’t any extra on it. I should have double checked that they put extra on but I didn’t, my mistake.nThe staff were really lovely, friendly and polite. The restaurant was not busy the appetisers came out very quickly which was brilliant but pizza came a while after the appetisers. I think I do prefer the atmosphere in the Macclesfield’s store but I wouldn’t not come to the Congleton one if I was in the area.nnI used the toilets they had, they were very clean and spacious. Brilliant that they had a disabled toilet, my only two problems were they didn’t have a red cord inside. If there was a disabled person who needed emergency Assitance then they wouldn’t be able to call for any this can be a major problem during busy times where they could go unnoticed. Second very minor problem was the dirty extraction fan which needed a good dust.
We visited this place while in the area based on other reviews on Google. We were not disappointed, the venue was well decorated and had a cool look, situated in a spot that looks like it has a good night life.nnService was great and the food was superb! Proper wood fired pizza, great combinations - I went for the carbonara pizza - great flavours with the saltyness of pancetta against the richness of egg yolk drizzled across the top! It was awesome!nnI'd highly recommend a visit, the price was very reasonable, with excellent food and a great ambiance.
Recently tried the sale restaurant but much prefer the Congleton restaurant and feel the food is better too.nTried the takeaway dough balls omg they are to die for and a must, best dough balls ever!nAlso tried the margarita pizza which was also delicious and thankfully no soggy bottoms.nCollected the food I. Person and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and will be visiting next month for my daughters birthday
