Not great food weren’t coocked well it was cold and the rice wasant cooked well
I wouldn’t even give it that but you can give it less. Service was appalling, wasn’t given all our order and when i rang them about it they denied us ordering it even though we was charged for it. WORST FOOD AND SERVICE EVER
Friendly staff make this place! We got for something and chips every Friday as a treat and the staff are always smiling and let her order her food and pay for it herself so she can improve her understanding of money. They are patient and don't rush her when she checks her change. The chips are delicious! Our favourite take away is sausage and chips or battered sausage and chips - yummy!!! They also serve chinese although we haven't tried that yet. Will update when we do.
Gone downhill. Was fabulous when Ken Wong had it. Last weekends food order, half of it was cold and the chicken dish was inedible as chicken was too hard and chewy. Called them up and nice guy on phone said he would speak with manager. We asked for half the cost refunded as a credit. Could hear the manager having a go at him in the background. Told him not to worry! After 14 years of being a loyal customer we won't be back! Taking our custom else where!
Left my rice off the order which was paid for and delivered it 30 minutes later after my takeaway was eaten with only a not bothered sorry. Will not use again………
Not great food and is usually very oily. The lack of flavour doesn’t help either. Although it’s quite cheap I would recommend the Chris’s fish bar in Brentwood instead!
My god, chips were dry and hard, not freshly cooked, also had 2 sausages, when I got home and took a bite, they were like rubber, again not fresh. Suggest going there as soon as it opens if you want freshly cooked takeaway
Smallest portion of the cheapest food ever.. £2.50 for one potato’s worth of chips.
Gone down hill recently. A little customer service and a smile goes a long way when customers are bringing you business and helping support your business in these difficult times or simply employ somebody for front of house with a happier face. Food is dry and tasteless. So disappointed. Started going elsewhere this week and I daresay many others will do the same soon. SORT IT OUT GUYS!! Three stars because the food is still edible but there is A LOT of room for improvement.
