Have be going to Amersham Dec for years! Great selection of paint, wallpaper, brushes, filler and everything else required to decorate your home. Staff are all knowledgable and very helpful - can’t recommend this place highly enough!
Wide range of decorating supplies but what is especially great is the excellent advice staff can give regarding their products
Awful customer service, good choice of paint. I went in to buy a small pot of paint as they're the local supplier for Benjamin Moore and have an excellent range. I asked what size the testers were as I was only painting a small area. I was told that the tester pots were a massive 1L but after starting painting discovered they were 1 pint. I obviously ran out of paint and went back to be told I was 'probably told that because they cover as well as 1L'. To tell a customer the pots are 1L because that's the area they cover vs Dulux is misinformation. I had no choice but to buy more paint as I'd already started and was stuck with the remaining pots as they would not offer a refund or any kind of reduction, despite freely admitting that I'd been told the wrong thing. I'm disgusted with how this was handled by Amersham Dec and won't be returning. I wish I'd checked what was in box before I'd left the store. I appreciate mistakes happen but would have liked them to make it right, rather than making out like it was my fault. I was also disappointed by the fact that I had to repeat 4 times what colour I wanted, and every time the person I spoke to came back because he'd forgotten. Neither him nor his colleague today were wearing masks or exemption badges/lanyards, despite their google page stating that staff wear masks. another example of misinformation from Amersham Dec.
Extremely helpful and friendly staff. They have a very wide range on paint including Little Green and Benjamin Moore. They have everything you need in stock so there is no need to go anywhere else. Only negative is there is only 1 Amersham Dec. Your not find a finer Decorating supplier.
Amersham Dec is a fantastic Paint stockist. They always have what we want. They never have any rubbish and the staff are always friendly and helpful . we sent one of our customers there and she said "they were just as you said so polite and helpful" .
Great decorators merchant, unrivalled amount of products , always willing to help with any questions you may have. Friendly , highly knowledgeable trustworthy staff.

This it's a proper paint store. The staf is very friendly and they can give you good advise in case you need it. The store it's very well organized regarding decoration.
