I was really looking forward to my curry, egg fried rice and chips in a carton but ended up very disappointed and not being able to eat it! I had literally no curry over it! It was the dryest meal I'd ever had from a Chinese! I had a little drizzle over my chips but they were still dry and my rice was bone dry gutted really I thought it was going to be so lovely just like it used to be years ago!
So when I originally saw the reviews to this place I had just put my order in. But was willing to give it a try anyway. The delivery came and I was shocked that it arrived rather quickly after a lot of reviews talk about long waits. Unfortunately that's where the good stopped. We ordered a chow mein dish that arrived completely uncooked. Literally raw noodles and vegetables in a black bean sauce. All for giving a place a chance but that's a joke. Wouldn't recommend or use again.
Lovely food the Crispy shredded chilli chicken is really nice, really quick on delivery and nice workers, only folt is the bbq spare ribs are sometimes a bit dry but other then that the food is really nice and would recommend them
Ordered from these a few times but my experience with them last night 25/11/17 was terrible. Not only was my food one and a half hours late i phoned up asking for a discount for the food being so late and the cheeky, ignorant most unpolite people told me no so I said I'll refuse it if it comes to the door and they would rather have binned the food rather than have given me a discount. And that's exactly what they did. They even put the phone down on me because they didn't like me complaining. I will never order from there again and now will be looking for a new chinese takeaway. Disgusting service.
Absolutely gutted last night, have ordered a delivery from here for last 15 or so years, loved the food and service but last night I had to complain as I had been waiting 2 hours and they said it still wasn't out for delivery. Offered to go and get it but for a substantial discount, order was £35 I said I'd pick it up and pay £25, was refused. Their loss was local Chinese gain. I will not be using Wonderful again.
used to have this before and stopped as it went down hill, decided to try again with much disappointment!!!! Took over an hour and half to be delivered and then they forgot our chips, we were told they would credit our account or we would have to wait 20 minutes for them to be delivered... kids were not happy... never again.... if you want a tasty Chinese then order superstar as if they do get it wrong then the boss will sort it out personally and its tastes awesome!!!! don't know why I bothered to try elsewhere #STINKING FOOD
Food arrived late, lemon chicken sauce was disgusting just tasted like salty slimey dishwater. The noodles were no better extremely bland, the only flavour was that of grease.
had mushroom & king prawn last night and plain cow mein....it was lovely, not at all greasy, and not usually a huge fan of chinese food, but would definitely get from there again :
DONT ORDER FROM HERE....Ordered off Just Eat app....got my order wrong, shredded beef smelt disgusting and looked more like mince beef. Had nothing but attitude shouted at me from the background and was unwilling to give a refund....customer service is disgraceful.....will not be ordering from here again!!!
Disgusting food. Food came cold. Messed up order.terrible customer service. Very disappointing.would highly recommended you avoid this so called takeaway. Lucky I ordered through just eat to get refund, because you won't get it off the actual take away. AVOID!!!!!!
