The most horrible service one can receive, I would give no star but I have to so you get a one. The ladies are so rude, they are always eating. Imagine talking to someone who has their mouth full. The manager is no better either. It's unfortunate it's the big post office in town and some might be forced to go there. I would recommend people to go to the willenhall road post office it's not that far from town and the gentleman and lady in there are lovely, very friendly.

There are some terrible reviews on here, presumably written by awful people. I have never had anyone be rude to me in this establishment, perhaps it's because I'm not rude to the staff..just saying...It's great! #Balance

Just popped in to post a package. Made a joke about it been unusual to not to have to queue and was given the most disgusting look ever!! In return my receipt was practically thrown at me. Great customer service..... not!

All the people who work there are rude. I will literally never go back there and I hope the place shuts down. Such bad customer service, trust me don't do there.
