I had a helicopter experience here today.the airport is small but nice.the staff are fantastic.the staff in the cafe are lovely.all the helicopter crew are professional and polite and explain everything very well.i would recommend it to all ages.the ride itself was fantastic.i paid extra for the thrill seeker flight.which was amazing.the pilot was also a nice guy.you are only in the air for about 5 minutes.BUT it was still a great experience and i will be going again for sure.
Big thanks to all that madebit a special moment for me an my little boy (10 yrs old)

Vibrant little airfield. runway needs to be repaired though. love flying from it.

Great to spend an hour watching planes and light aircraft landing, training and helicopters too. Cafe is great for kids with outdoor tables and grassed area for watching the world go by. Been coming here for 35 years and yes it is called Wolverhampton Airport, aka Bobbington Airport, aka halfpenny green
