One of my favourite clubs to visit especially when the weather is nice.nLovely viewing area from the decked surface. Nice beer and cheese and onion cobs! The club makes visitors feel welcome.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Cricket Club as a non-member and was genuinely impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and great drink prices.nnFrom the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a friendly lady who made me feel right at home. Her warm demeanor and excellent customer service truly set the tone for my visit. She was attentive, efficient and added a personal touch to the service that was very much appreciated.
We hired this room for a children’s birthday party costing £140 for the Sunday lunchtime. Paperwork signed and verbal conversation with ‘lady in charge’nSet up was complete and this lady came in with a face like thunder and without a polite hello, started telling us we can’t have the food table on the carpet area etc etc…nBearing in mind it was a seated meal consisting of a ham sandwich, a bottle of squash and crisps. The kids didn’t make any mess at all.nThis lady was so rude, given we had paid a lot of money for ‘a room’. The way we were spoken to prior to the party put a bitter taste in our mouth. We won’t be returning
Excellent venue with lovely views across the cricket pitch. Slightly disappointed in the choice of ales, two draught pulls both out of action otherwise a higher star rating would be awarded.
This is an excellent venue with friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure everyone who uses the club are looked after. I am a member of Tettenhall 41 Club and we use the club for our monthly meetings normally with 24 attendees and we always enjoy the food and drinks. Well worth a visit.
