I was very disappointed with my last visit. I booked a toe nail polish. The whole experience was rushed the beautician filed one of my big toe nails substantially shorter than the other when I pointed this out to her  and requested she rectify it she replied "your toes are not twins" I thought this was very rude and she made no attempt put it right. I know they're not the same but isnt that  the point of having a professional file and paint them so they match. I have had them done many times and they have never looked odd.  Also she got the nail varnish on my skin and when I showered the next day the  polish peeled off my nails. I'm not going to name the girl as she was obviously very busy but management need to make sure they have enough staff for the amount of customers they book.

I had the pleasure today of having  a facial by a lovely young lady called Chloe. She made me feel completely at ease and explained each proceedure to me carefully . She gave me valuable advice and information and i would recommend this young lady and this friendly warm atmosphere by the rest of the staff. My first visit today and most certainly not my last .
You are a credit all of you .  See you soon .

My Mom uses this salon and the girls there are great. I had a face treatment back when i was a teenager so it helped my skin a lot.
