Great stay in Caravan No71 The Wolds caravan park Ingoldmells. Lovely beach walks.
Been going to ingoldmells/ skeggy since being a child introduced my partner and step daughter to it they love it 3rd time at the wolds lovely quiet site only a 5 minute drive from fantasy island , nice parade of shops , takeaways etc not far from site will be going again Dog-friendliness: Our dog is always welcome
Nice site hard to find if you are not familiar with the area ,but easy to get to if you know where your going.
We got to the caravan and some of the photos do not match the caravan. Originally we paid for another van that we stayed in previously but the lady said this one would be exactly the same. It isn't. Some damage noted in areas such as front room by fire, bedroom by door etc. On entry. Not so roomy for me to get around with my disabilities. Doors ontop of one another a major problem for me with my problems. Then when hubby went to use the grill it wasn't working so we had to go out to eat instead. The water in the shower was either scalding hot or very cold not ideal for use too scared to use it afraid of getting burnt So we ended up only using it once. Then the water wouldn't drain away either. Took us ages to get the central heating to work as ut wasbt akreadt set up fir us so when it rained the kids sat in blankets freezing. No washing machine in van . Not what we paid for extremely upset tried to call lady booked with sent messages and no reply at all. Dvd player remote batteries leaking so removed for health reasons. Chair on patio area made grandaughters leg bleed as broken off and sticking out Our holiday has been upsetting and we didn't get what we paid for as we couldn't use the full amenities listed on the caravans descriptions. Not happy going back and no one bothered to call us back about problems to deal with them and we have to put up with it all. Will be saying something when keys go back though. Expect refund for lack of service and communication and sorting of problems. Disgusted Finally camto see me and wait fir it we should have emptied the blocked shower from previous occupier,we shoukd have cleaned cooker grill etc so it worked properly. Still waiting for compensation. Our solicitor is waiting for it too. We were not the only ones to be affected by this couples caravans not being up to the standard they charged for
Spacious caravans nice and clean. Only just got here so more to follow.
I love this place. Always looks neat and tidy thanks to Glyn. Close to beach, shops and pubs, but far enough away from the mad bit that its comfortable :
Stayed here in July 22 had a great time thanku Susan for letting us stay in your van the club is on golden sands the staff are helpful and friendly on both sites
The site felt secure and was very clean and well looked after. The caravan itself was modern very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
Excellent site and always a good presence of staff and security.
The site as some nice caravans some of them very nice but & there's always a but there's some really bad one's to avoid is No 30 this is a caravan that you wipe your feet when you come out you wouldn't keep pigs in if you did the animal welfare would be on your back
