loyal customer for years - food is fantastic and service amazing. why bother with any other chinese when you have wokstar !? never had a bad meal - even a just ok one from here. always fantastic. had a problem with my payment tonight and was swifty fixed and they added in some extra delicious food in my order free of charge. thanks so much i’ll be back supporting again the next time i want a take away !!

Love this place, meals are always correct, there portion sizes are massive, took me 6 hours to finish my set meal for one and of course the food is so so tasty

After seeing the Chefs daughter showcase some of her Dads takeaway food on TikTok we we decided to travel from the North of Glasgow to try here, I can’t say I was disappointed the Salt & Chilli Chicken was beautiful - well seasoned with lots of fresh cut fried veg, cooked for the right amount of time. The Chicken Satay on Skewer was the nicest I’ve had in a while was the right amount of spice, nut taste & consistency. It’s hard trying to find a nice Satay in Glasgow these days. Would go back just for those two alone. The Chicken Balls also beautiful really crispy battery but soft in the middle with a nice slice of chicken. Plain Chow Mein was really good too. The only things we whernt Avid fans of where the Chicken Satay Spring Rolls, a bit too plain tasting they look the part but maybe instead of dipping sauce could put a tea spoon of satay sauce inside them once sliced?. The Chill Chips also, going by how good the Salt & Chilli Chicken was we where expecting these to be amazing. But they where still decent. I would return & would recommend anyone to try. The next time I’m going to try the is it Peking Crispy Beef? Not sure but it looks good. But plenty of leftovers from what we tried so it’s definitely worth its value. Also I Can’t believe some of the reviews on here also, you do realise these cooks & chefs in the back kitchen probably cook over 250 dishes on demand per night & various sides. Obviously a small % of that will be over salted or slightly over cooked but don’t write somewhere off your first time trying it, it could have been a slight mistake. I’ve Previously worked in a kitchen environment myself years ago so I know how stressful it can be.

Disgusting ! Would give no star if option to do so. Salt and chilli chips soggy, barbecue spare ribs glutinous and cold, satay chicken spring rolls Over an hour and a half wait, certainly not worth it. Never again !

Just had food from here and I will definitely be back. Kimchi said to be honest and I am, it was great. If your like me and you judge a Chinese on its curry sauce then this is the place you wanna go. Chicken curry was amazing, great potion sizes too. Sauce amaze. Sweet n sour sauce also good and the chicken balls were nice n crispy. Defo be back! Soo good. Priced really well also!

I have always had great food from here however i was very disappointed tonight. The beef curry and prawn toast were perfect however the chicken with thin noodle was so salty i had to bin it. The chicken was extremely salty could have been too much soya sauce and could not be eaten. The salt and chilli chips were too salty and again had to go in the bin. Whilst i understand salt and chilli chips need salt in them this was just far too much salt the chips could not be eaten. I am not sure if it was a different chef tonight if it was i would say drastically reduce the salt and soya sauce or i will just need to go elsewhere for my chinese.

Good customer service. Wanted something different from the usual so she was very helpful. The satay curry was very nice would recommend it. Chow main is always nice here. Soup was ok. Wasn't to keen on the chilli chips but over all enjoyable dinner. Well done

Absolutely dry “food” - glad I bought watery curry sauce. Chicken balls were more like batter balls and the small pieces of chicken were stringy and got stuck between the teeth, also got a portion of roast duck and char siu fried rice at a whopping £10.20 most of it ended in the bin, my dog wouldn’t entertain it. Definately wont be wasting my money on this place again 0/10
