Staff are incredibly rude and one old lady behind the counter in particular screamed at me just because I couldn't understand what she was saying over the microphone. It's also very clear I'm the not the only one who's witnessed her awful customer service as countless other customers have dealt with her unkind behaviour in the past.

Similar to Bracknell, you got step free access at the station as well as a good amount of parking. Shelter wise? It's a joke since there is little seating provided. The platform towards Reading is way too narrow and trains stop far from the exit requiring a bit of a walk.

A lovely modern station easily accessible for disabled persons. The station master is a real star and you will surely hear his cheerful announcements - never boring. The station is clean and tidy in itself and with time the hard and soft landscaping will give it a nice setting.

Ticket machine on platform 2 has been broken for 3 days and was broken last week as well. It has been happening for over 6 months now so maybe it’s time to replace it!! When you travel in rush hour it’s hugely inconvenient to walk across the other side and wait in a queue for ages due to broken machines!!
