Fantastic course. Picturesque, beautiful but challenging undulated greens, food/service is good too. Require accuracy off the tees and avoid the heathers.
When everywhere else flooded this was open and in great nick. Excellent course with a range of challenging holes, each eith a different character.

One of the oldest golf clubs in the U.K. In a delightful setting. Gorgeous old clubhouse with excellent dining and service. The golf course is sensational.
Lovely place, very calm and relaxing.
Wow, what a place! It has such a glorious old world charm to it. At 6029 yards from the standard tee, it is playable for all and still provides a good challenge. The greens are incredible, sloping and quick, and the fairways are the best I have ever played on. Beautiful turf! Come here as soon as you can, and a lunch on the terrace is one of golf's most pleasant experiences.
Lovely heathland gem with tough par 4s. Stay out of the heather otherwise there will be pain! Wholeheartedly recommend.
Great course with very tricky greens. Wonderful carvery and great staff.
