We bought our Christmas tree here.. They have great variety and good prices, also great service. The gentleman and lady helped us pick the right tree and helped us chop a little bit off the bottom as we couldn't do it at home. Overall really happy with their service!!

Nice to bring the children to see the fish in the pond. Good for buying plants and garden basic tools. Has good sasonal offers and discounts

Poor service, zero eye contact or small talk to clients. The venue is nice and could be very garden-like, if only the personnel cared. They hardly talk to you, don't help and in general the service is as though you were at morrisons or asda's cafe (which I don't mind! quite like them!) but I would have expected more here. Only more expensive bill. Such a shame! It could be better :-) plus the location and parking is already very handy!

Very helpful staff at the maidenhead aquatics, very experienced as well. They have a wide range of fish, water plants and equipement. They helped us set up and grow our aquarium, always there to answer our questions.
