I ordered over 20 hours ago and this is their reply. Wok Star has cancelled your order, George. We're really sorry. It could be that they’re too busy, or that they can’t deliver in time on this occasion. We know it’s frustrating when this happens, but the good news is that there are loads of other restaurants in your area that you can order from instead. The app I used was Just Eat. When the order didn't turn--up I called them to be told it would be with me in 30-minutes. Another hour later a man rung me to say they had not got my order so what were they sending me in 30-minutes? Then a man called to say his wife was wrong to tell me my order was on it's way. Just Ask called me tonight and was shocked that after more than 20-hours my order had not been completed and will be launching a full investigation into them. I will never use Just Ask again as Hungry House have always delivered and the only reason I looked at Just Ask is they have Chinese food on the menu in my area and Hungry House do not.
