Anyone who goes regularly will know exactly what I mean when I say this:  It depends on their mood.  The food is usually rich with flavour, other times, it can be somewhat average.  The right chef on the right day and it can be some of the nicest Chinese food in the area.

This place is literally around the corner from my house. Ordered on my way back from my mum's and their time at 7.25 pm was perfect, delivery man was lovely too. However, the food was stone cold, not fresh and tasted awful. Crispy duck wasn't crispy at all with the skin limp and greasy. This stuff is clearly days old as it is dry and touch. Will never order from this place again which is a shame as I like to support local businesses. However, appalling, stone cold food NEVER again.

Not great! I ordered my food at 17:55 it arrived at 18:20.....what is the problem with efficiency I hear you say!  The food was terrible, it was either poorly prepared or just heated up from earlier in the day.  The chicken balls were like rock, the chow mein was only just warm and the crispy shredded beef was also warm.  I would recommend not using them.

I ordered a takeaway with my family last night, when the food came the chips were not like your usual Chinese chips, they were skinny. The curry sauce had absolutely no spice and very little flavour, the chowmein was also very tasteless. I’m not making accusations but I have also had very bad stomach pains today and have felt extremely sick. I personally unfortunately wouldn’t order from here again.

I've ordered from here for over a decade, and went for the standard singapore noodles i usually get. very disappointed, don't know if they changed chefs but it tasted so incredibly bland and flavourless. was extremely disappointed.

This is the first time ordering from wok inn and I won't be ordering again!!!! Food turned up cold after waiting 1hr 15mins, greasy being an understatement,the only thing greasier than the sea weed was the Chow mein! Prawn toast was just hard toast dripping with oil and some seeds on top, absolutely no prawn!! Rib's were hard and inedible. The spring rolls looked like they have fried a few times,absol absshit please avoid!!!

A really nice family run business in Whetstone. Was my go-to takeaway for a very long time. It's what you expect from a high-street takeaway. It's clean, the staff are friendly and deal with your orders well.

After years of regularly ordering from Wok Inn and dealing with pleasant service there, I was astounded by tonight's order. I made my order and was given a quote. After putting the phone down and working out a different quote I rang back to query this, they had put down half duck when in fact we wanted quarter. But instead of simply amending this error, we were told that we had to pay for the half duck as the chef had already started to cook it and we could keep it in the fridge and eat it tomorrow! What happened to keeping the customer happy and the customer is always right? They can be sure that they've lost our custom, particularly our large annual Christmas eve order. There are plenty of other average Chinese restaurants in this area who are more clued up on customer service, in my opinion!

Had food delivered from here....bought sweet and sour balls.... I suspect that these where not cooked fresh. Tasted disgusting, everything had a refried burnt look with lots of grease.  All had to go in the bin.  Wok Inn you should be ashamed to serve this kind of trash to customers!!!! Never again!

The food use to be nice here however it’s becoming a bit not nice the beef was grey which is unusual when I ordered beef which made me sick. They also keep upping they’re prices
