Really enjoy a Wok 2 go take away, i can really taste the freshness of the food. The salt and pepper ribs are divine, I like to try something new each time and haven't been disappointed yet.

We ordered our meal for delivery. The person who took our order claimed our card had been declined we tried another card & was told the same however wok2go took 2 amounts of £68.90 & no meal was delivered. I complained & 3 days later we were refunded. This company do not deserve to be in business

First time ordering and will definitely be my last, extremely bland and super expensive. Massively disappointed, would not recommend.

This place used to be top notch and we have been going for years but just lately the standard of food and service have been terrible. Tonights meal of duck was like eating shoe leather coupled with the fact it’s vastly overpriced we won’t be using again. What a shame the management have let standards slip

We ordered Wok2Go for our dinner tonight, after a 1 hour wait, we had the delivery driver  calling saying he'd lost his connection to the sat nav. We had to explain to him various street names, some of which he did not know. The fella looked about 17, my guess it is his first job. When he was turning out, he almost crashed into our neighbour's fence whilst driving very dangerously. I would put one star but the food was lovely, despite it being slightly cold. We are mainly just upset at the customer service & delivery.

I have ordered with them twice. The first tome ordering I spoke to a young girl taking the orders who seemed very new and confused. They took our address wrong despite telling her 4 times. Our food was delivered to the wrong address and we had the take away driver calling, I was on the phone to him for 10 minutes having to explain directions. The food was very tasty though so we decided to order again tonight. The same young girl took my order I had to repeat the address several times again. She read the order back to me which was correct however when receiving our food we were short. I called up and stated we haven’t received it, she said she forgot to add it to my order and asked if I want to pay for it to be delivered out. No apology. I felt the customer service was terrible from the girl taking the order to the delivery driver. I think maybe the young girl needed a bit more training and support. We will not be ordering again.

The food is absolutely delicious. Always fresh and hot. There is a vast range to choose from. The dim sums are especially great. The menu is very detailed, great for people with allergens. The kitchen area is open plan so you can view the chefs at work. Would highly recommend

Took an hour and fifty minutes to come. Second time this has happened within a month. Considering how much you charge place is a joke won't order again awful takeaway  So food finally turned up........ Chicken was lovely but that's as far as it goes.  Flat bread was more like dough, chips were soggy food was not street food more like trash food.  Look elsewhere if you want a decent takeaway.
