First class establishment just on a wee industrial estate not far from the motorway M74. Large concreted yard report to office on arrival. Good loading and unloading staff very helpful and professional health and safety oriented. Facilities are OK

Avoid at all costs. Totally incompetent staff, poor management, who avoid accountability or acceptance of blame for mistakes they have made. Phoned and spoke with someone to arrange a redeliver y on a specific date, only for them to bring it the following day when I specifically told them it wasn't suitable then.
Supposed to deliver a parcel on Friday didn't turn up called them on the Monday to be told that they can't deliver it for another week as they didn't have enough parcels to deliver in my area so I had to travel over 1hr to go collect it myself
