We recently celebrated my Daughter's 6th birthday at Wizz kidz, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The children had an amazing time exploring the play area and was guided throughout the event by the host. The venue was clean and well-organised, and felt safe for the children to play and enjoy themselves.nnThe staff were friendly and incredibly helpful making sure everything run smoothly and honestly taking the stress out of us.nnThe food was well received by the children also ordered food and drinks for adults which was really good.nnSpecial shout out to our lovely host Izzy, kids really loved.nThank you to everyone at Wizz Kids for helping create such wonderful memories. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and hassle-free children's birthday party venue.
Went to Wizz Kids for the first time and I would definitely recommend. The two staff members were super friendly and even kindly extended our time due to how quiet it was. The place is massive so the kids didn't get bored, messy play was also created by one of the staff who even joined in with the kids. The food was good and wasn't a rip off which is a nice change.Will definitely be going back, thank you for a lovely morning!
Where do I begin? What an incredible experience for my sons 4th Birthday. It was my son's first ever birthday party celebration with his friends and what an experience for him Issey & Obin were just so amazing with James, who is usually quite shy and doesn't like much fuss. However they made the day so enjoyable for him, there was zero pressure or pushiness. They catered to all his needs aswell as the party guests. They played with all the children which included party games and dancing. Aswell we have a visit from spider man and Peppa pig who are my sons favourites. Thankyou for a wonderful experience that will be an absolute core memory for my child, seeing him so happy and being made to feel so special is something so priceless and we will be back for our daughter's birthday. I would recommend highly to all my friends and anyone reading this. It was such a stress free day and so much fun for all the children and adults too!

Communication was clear, and I felt heard and respected throughout the process.nA special thank you to Dan, who took the time to look into my situation personally and helped find a positive resolution. His support and professionalism really stood out.nIt’s reassuring to know that Wizz Kids Saltney not only provides childcare but also values families and works with them when challenges arise. I have no complaints now and appreciate the support the team has shown.nThank you again to everyone involved.
We had my daughter’s birthday party here today and it was fantastic. It was really well organised by the staff. Issey who hosted the children was amazing- she was excellent at keeping the kids engaged and entertained, and she made the birthday girl feel really special. Everything was taken care of for us, which was great.
