Had my daughter’s party here today and couldn’t fault a single thing. Our party host was amazing and so understanding with my daughter who was a little overwhelmed! My daughter ended up having the most amazing time and had so much fun! ALL the kids loved the foam party after the disco! Would highly recommend! All the staff on duty today were so helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble!
Really good soft play. Food is good, reasonably priced, very clean and lots for the kids to do. The staff are all great, very helpful and friendly. The first time my little boy came here he was a bit over whelmed as it was new to him, and a really nice staff member went around with him for about 20 minutes to get him settled. Highly recommended soft-play location, and plenty of car parking too.
My partner brought out son 11 months to visit on Saturday and they stayed in the under 3 area. While in there there were so many older children running in and out despite it being clearly sign posted and there being a huge play area for the older children. No adults were intervening. One pair of older children were trying to tell off our baby as they wanted a turn on a toy clearly intended for babies before my partner intervened. Later they bent our son’s finger backwards when he crawled up to the toy they were playing with - no parents to be seen. Staff were aware of who the children were due to previous incidents but nothing had been done.nPlace is too poorly monitored to keep it safe for youngest visitors.
Large indoor play area. Accommodates for babies up to 12 yrs. There is a sensory room. Id advise to get there on time due to seating arrangements. Food and drinks available large menu for adults an kids. Disabled access.. ride on kiddie cars. Football area.. you can fire out a function room for parties also..
nnWe recently celebrated my 5-year-old Emmies, birthday at Wizz Kids in Saltney, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish!nnSteff, the party host, was out of this world – so engaging with the children, full of energy, and nothing was too much trouble. She made every child feel included and created a really fun and positive atmosphere throughout.nnThe party was well-organised, packed with fun, and all the kids had a brilliant time. It offered incredible value for money, and as a bonus, the coffee is always good – which every parent appreciates!nnI’m so grateful to the team for making the day such a special experience for my child. We’ll definitely be back – highly recommended!
