I bought a car from this garage 7 months ago and have had nothing but trouble with it. It has been in and out of the workshop so many times and still the problems are not fixed. I have written to the manager and he hasn't even had the decency to reply. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I traded in my much loved XJ8 for a smaller BMW 325ci 2003 that had obviously been well looked after by its 2 previous owners. At only 86,000 miles with FSH I thought it was a good deal. On the way home to Malvern the brake warning light came on. I stopped at a service area and called Jeremy he said it was ok to drive as it was the ABS sensor and told me to take it to a local garage for a diagnostic check and call him with the results. I got a Health check done at Gloucester BMW and they found that the rear tyres were the wrong size and one had been run flat and there was a nail in it. Also the front brake disks and pads were just about ready for replacement. Jeremy promptly put a set of disks and pads in the post and also a cheque for 2 new tyres. Awesome. The warning light does not come on now. About a week later I heard a rattling sound from under the bonnet. Jeremy told me to take it to a local garage and send him a copy of the estimate which I did. Today my local garage fixed the car and Jeremy paid directly to the garage the cost of the parts and some of the labour leaving me a small amount to pay. I am glad I found Wishing Well Garage, Jeremy is a truly honest and genuine dealer. HIGHLY RECOMENED. Clinton J Eastwood
