DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES! 0 customer service 0 delivery of service 0 effort to try and rectify the situation I placed an order via telephone on Friday May 29th just before mid day and was told the flowers would be delivered on Saturday morning. It was imperative that the flowers were delivered on this day as a member of my staff and her 3 year old daughter had been involved in a near fatal car accident on the Marlow bypass on the Wednesday and are both injured and distressed. As I had not heard anything from my colleague regarding the flowers I decided to ask her if she had received them and if they were nice, but she informed me that there was no delivery to her address at all. When I called the company on the Monday morning at 8:45am for answers, I was told that I couldn't be helped until 10 am and was given no apology or empathy for my situation. It was just a very blunt, cold and matter of fact response. I then called two more times looking for answers and was eventually contacted at 3:45pm and a message was passed from person to person explaining that they have no recollection of my order and that I would now need to provide proof of purchase. 2 months later after sending through the proof of purchase I have had NO REFUND AND NO FLOWERS!! My bank has now had to claim the money back on my behalf! Please do not use this company, you will regret it!

I ordered flowers, then I called within minutes to confirm Lillian Rose Flowers were in receipt of my order, I urgently needed flowers to be delivered on 10th February. They confirmed that my flowers would definitely be delivered. 5 hours later I receive a call from Lillian Rose Flowers to tell me they can't deliver my flowers and that they will do it the next day, their computers are not working properly. After several calls and 9 days later I'm still trying to get my money back! This company conduct themselves in such an awful way, will NEVER use them again! Looks like I will now have to call my bank to get my money back!

These guys may well do really nice flowers, but I wouldn't know as they never actually arrived. I ordered flowers, sent an email they day after they failed to arrive and waited for a response which never arrived either. I phoned them to let them know the situation and was offered an apology and told she would look into it and call me back later that day. After waiting for three days for that phone call I sent another email and then tried for a further three days to call them again but got no answer. This started to ring alarm bells that they were simply a fraudulent company, and I sent an email informing that I was going to report them as such. Miraculously, I got a response to that email and was informed that there had been a system problem so they were not aware of the issue. System problems happen, so I can understand that, but I had made them aware of the issue on a number of occasions and when I pointed this out and asked when my refund would be processed, responses once again dried up. A couple of days later I got an automated response detailing that a refund would be processed, which I then received about 5 days later, about three weeks after the flowers had failed to be delivered. All in all, the experience was a masterclass in how not to provide customer service. Top work Lillian Rose.

Worst service I've ever received from a company. DO NOT order any product from their website. You will receive nothing but disappointment. Severe lack of adequate and professional communication, undelivered flowers with no excuse until the eve of the delivery date, bad manners from staff, and no apology note, as well as a very late (not yet received) refund. Will never order from here again! Definitely advise avoiding them.

I ordered a £40 sheath of Claret and White flowers (for a Northampton Town Football Club fan). We received a dark pink and white creation, with a dark pink bow - totally unsuitable for a man's funeral. I deliberately asked for tulips and chrysanths, thinking, wrongly, that as they were a plentiful flower the sheath would be of an impressive size., no, it was the same size as if I had chosen much more exotic blooms. We were very upset and very disappointed. Despite e-mailing my dissatisfaction immediately after the funeral on last Wednesday - I have still not had any response from the company. We would certainly not recommend them. - The branch used was MARKET HARBOROUGH.
