No updates given surrounding an appointment I had in January when I was told it will take up to 2-3 months, it has now been 5 months and still no response, I have attended the practice in person on multiple occasions to ask for more information and I’ve been left without any clear response. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I expect an immediate update on the status of my referral.
Why when you request a call back you never get one? Also shen waiting to speak with the receptionist you just get down the order, your call is terminated after thirty minutes making it a waste of time calling in the first place.
It's two weeks you get a std doctors a/p, and if you want to see the physio, then its 2 months !nWhat a crazy world we live in !nYou have to be ill by appointment
Waited over an hour without any response! My call began just before 4 p m and I was still on the call at 16.56 with no response!!
Telephoned surgery because I was having problems with my eyes. Itchy, running, sticking together during the night, and when I did manage to open them the tears were running down my face. Have already tried stuff from chemist but no relief. I was told by the receptionist to make an appointment with optician and go back to chemist. What qualifications does she have to tell me what to do, was hoping to see doctor or nurse but no I had an unqualified receptionist making decisions about my eyes. Absolutely shocking treatment. This surgery is getting worse and I didn’t think that was possible.
