Winter gardens seem closed although Congress Theatre and Devonshire Park open. Congress has had an extensive modernisation.
Lark in the Park used to be cool, But it isn’t really great anymore
nice new theatre, seats however were uncomfortable had a backache sitting there. Would think twice before rebooking a show because of the seating. Shame as my in-laws enjoy it but they too thought the seats were hard!
Congress theatre not winter garden.tgat still being renovated
An old an dated building from the 30's but the absolute perfect setting for watching & enjoying Glenn Millers Orchestra. The staff are all very friendly & helpful. It gets very warm in there, no air conditioning that I could see and the chairs were all crammed right next to one another making the experience quite uncomfortable.
Have been to a party here. The building is huge, offers a big amount of tables and the toilets were nice and clean. Thumbs up
Good venue for hosting the Eastbourne Beer Festival
A beautiful Edwardian period venue which when renovation is complete will be a gem
Went there for the beer festival. Going through some upheaval and renovations at the time. Rated it highly as I've been previously and been happy with the venue. Hopefully it will be even better after the renovations.
