Daren & Danielle Wicks (Borehamwood) We have two Properties in Borehamwood, that we rent out. Having chosen to work with Winkworth Borehamwood, back in 2013, they have not only met, but surpassed our expectations. Our direct contact has been Colin Shack (Director of Lettings). Colin has provided us with an extremely consistent and first class service for the last 4 years. We’ve recently decided to sell both our properties, and even though this is not his department he has proved instrumental in facilitating the Sales. He has provided us with key documents in a proficient, and timely manner. Thanks to Colin Shack/Winkworth, my Property has now been sold, with the other one moving smoothly through the sales process. He and the Winkworth Team have gone above and beyond the call of duty, for both of our Properties, and we would highly recommend their services, whether it be Sales or Lettings.

Delighted with the service. My property was professionally marketed, several excellent potential tenants were introduced, a deal was struck with one of them and the paperwork and moving in were carried out smoothly. I couldn't fault Winkworth's service and I'm glad they will be managing the property going forward.

Winkworth made my first house sale a positive experience. Great communication and updates at every stage. Every member of staff I spoke to was polite and my emails were also quickly responded to. I have no complaints, and the whole process was made as smooth and stress-free as possible by Laura and initially by Paul Harwood. Laura was friendly, professional and I'm so glad to have chosen Winkworth. I highly recommend them. Thank you!

We were return clients to Winkworth, having used them previously, and the standards certainly hadn't dropped. The big thing that makes this a 5* review was the dedication of our agent after the sale had been agreed. We were faced with some slightly less honest agents further up the chain, and some rather difficult vendors, which left the chain liable to potential collapse. Laura did a fantastic job of keeping on top of things and kept us informed every step of the way. Due to other agents not pulling their weight further up, there was a lot of extra work and chasing involved which Winkworth took on without complaint, or at least certainly not to us! Laura and the rest of the team were very dedicated and honest throughout the process and gave us a lot of confidence which is hugely important in such a life-changing transaction! Thank you Winkworth for your help.
