First and Great experience. A lot of choices when it comes to the seasoning of the chicken wings, boneless, filet... and the French fries. Drinks are refillable.nCareful and attentive service, that check if you need anything while eating. Nice background music.nThe fries can be a touch salty.
I have dietary restrictions and Kayleigh was super helpful with helping me with my order. She showed me a QR code that listed all the allergens and answered all the questions I had. She was also very nice and friendly. I greatly appreciate the kindness she showed me today. Thank you Kayleigh and keep being you : You’re amazing!
Absolutely fantastic experience I always go for the full flavour fix. Lemon pepper fries are 10/10nKuldeep is absolutely lovely and very attentive and overall has lovely energy.nThere was also a lady there working who was so lovely 30/05/25 around 9pm-10pm. Overall we love visiting Wingstop for a quick bite to eat, and the food is always excellent and the customer service is great. This is a great find in staines!
Very annoyed with my service. I wanted to try the hot honey flavour so I bought three tenders in that flavor and I was very disappointed with the taste. So I asked if I could get a refund or switch my flavor and I was met by a very standoffish staff they told me no I can't get the refund and I was like can I switch the flavor they told me no in a very confrontational tone I was put off I even left the establishment and I don't plan on coming back either because it was horrible.
Absolutely gorgeous food. Love the ranch saucennWe were staying in Thorpe park and had it delivered. It was that nice we ordered more!
