We visited Wingstop halal yesterday & the staff were professional & courteous. The food was good & the sitting area was nice & clean. However, the food portions were quite small considering the cost. It certainly didn't satisfy our appetite and we aren't big eaters either. The sitting area situated by the steps and the entrance to the Oracle shopping centre has a seating area to the left and the tables there seem as if they have glass protection to save any drop towards the escalators but its deceiving as there is no glass present. So, if you have Young kids or want to place your phones or valuables towards that side, I will suggest that these need to be placed away from that side & kid seated away from there as well. I have rated 3 bearing in mind value for money.
I got disappointed with what we ordered. We ordered via delivery—no problem with delivery but only with the food. I was excited to eat chicken wings since I was craving it. However, when I tasted their lemon & pepper wings, it was too salty. I had to drink lots of water right after tasting it. I was also confused since my husband order the classic wings platter with original, lemon & pepper wings, hickory smoked barbeque. Not sure where the original flavoured wings were in our order, but I definitely didn’t find it, or maybe im wrong. The only good thing about our order was the chips. the rest of the wings, I did not enjoy it but my husband had to eat some of it. He dipped it in their ranch sauce, but the sauce was too liquidy he had to throw it.
The food quality is that amazing. *THE BEST* wings in town and the yummiest chicken bites, a wide variety of flavours too. I love it.. however the portion they really need to consider for the price which will make them to grow more. The location is a quite nice as it’s on the entrance of the mall and quite openly viewable. The prices are high, however if the portions are increased it doesn’t make people to think as the price is high. I love it for the taste and I m recommending as well
This place should get some awards for service and food quality as it is that amazing. Emelia is the loveliest most smiliest front of house I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She made us feel so welcome and I hope management know what an asset she is to a Wingstop. I would highly recommend Wingstop as they have *THE BEST* wings in town and the yummiest chicken bites, a wide variety of flavours too. I love it here and can't wait to go back.
Wing Stop is nice and halal restaurant. The staff were friendly and professional. I rated them 3 stars because of their high prices for the food portion. In addition, there wings were undercooked and oil was still dripping.Food: 4/5
Short: service is nice and pleasant- star Clean and good looking place- star Food- worst experience ever with the wings. Only sauces made it edible. Long: Don't get fooled- by saying 2 pcs of wings, they mean "I will cut your wing in two pcs and charge you double" LoL. It felt like those chickens starved to death as well. Jokes a side, chicken was overcooked to the point I was wondering I am eating bone or chicken. I personally don't like plastic like meat texture, chicken MUST be cooked right- moist and tender. No wonder I saw only teenagers with no food standard yet or old people that were lost and wondered here for unpleasant surprise. Sauces were better than Nando's- choice is more diverse. I hope this place improves food quality, but I will never coming back as well as people that have sense of edible food

First time having the UK version, and impressed overall food wise compared to the USA version thumbs up! All the staff were great and professional on my visit this afternoon. Only negative is the large fries could do with putting in more fries. But overall full 5 stars! Coming again real soon!!
Really nice food with amazing flavours. I would have given 5 stars but the seating isn’t great and it’s quite cold when you eat in. Good wise - cannot recommend highly enough! Quick service as well
Ordered a meal for myself and my son and requested for my order to be taken away. My order took 20 mins to come out baring in mind it’s 2pm on a weekday and the restaurant was empty. My food arrived in eat in trays. I reminded the lady who served it to me that I requested takeaway. A brunette lady in a green top who I can only assume to be the manager slammed the food down and made a scene behind the kitchen with all employees around. I approached the manager and advised I did not mind eating in but my preference was to take out. She was really rude and abrupt about it you can’t tell she hasn’t been trained in customer service. On my way out of leaving the branch I saw employees from the till go in the kitchen and eat the chips of a customers orders that were ready to be bought to them. Disgusted. Will never come here again. Just go to the London branches instead, they know what they’re doing there !
