Crowd and very popular place, located in a good area. The food was ok, somewhat weird taste, there were different sauce options, mainly chicken and hamburger to choose from. Milkshakes best. Prices are a bit of a middle moderate level.
The service fell short of expectations. The staff seemed to overlook us, and the place doesn't live up to the hype. I had high hopes for the burger and wings, but the taste didn't impress I tried the original and mango flavours.nOn top of that, waiting 20-25 minutes for my order was frustrating. A highly disappointing experience overall!
The chicken wings were too good. Also, I must say I am very impressed by the service from Fatima. She was friendly and helpful. She welcomed us and helped us order the food. She was so professional about her work. I am very amazed by her service. Thank Fatima for your service. I and my friends will come to have delicious food again.

Staff are very persistent in making sure all customers leave a review despite the food being of poor quality. It is also evident that there is poor management and managers are all upstairs or hiding away and when I went to complain there was no manager there, rather than serving customers the managers seemed disinterested in their customers. I have had a bad experience overall and they are not interested in providing good customer service.
