Paying £10 for a chicken burger and receiving the item in the photos is like laughing at your customers. Absolutely disgraceful. It was no bigger than a mayo chicken from macies that costs £1.39. Ordered through just eat who have refused to even partially refund. Will be using grill-it from now on. The foods much better there anyway
Brilliant customer service, amazing food would recommend 100% fire nnGarlic Parmesan sauce unreal with the tenders and the wingers fries!!!
Food is always absolutely spot on! Sometimes they skimp on the sauce but over all really great food! You always know what you’re gonna get. I give service 2 stars as delivery always takes an hour plus, even on weekdays. And they also never have answered the phone. I am only 9 mins away from the restaurant yet they always take so long, even when I only order chips and a milkshake. At least 20 mins over estimated arrival time. I don’t think it’s an issue with the staff, I think it’s the fact they need more staff. Especially on weekends.
Food brilliant, always enjoy getting a takeaway from wingers, can never choose just one option, little bit pricey but worth it, never eaten in, doesn't feel like a place where I would unfortunately. But can't knock the food.
I would highly recommend eating here. The Chicken was amazing on its own really moist and delicious. The sauce was amazing as well and made it next level against it's competitors. I went for the jerk barbeque sauce and it was delicious and the right amount of spicy. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was clean and had a good atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and will be going again.
