Just bought a Peugeot 3008 2017 and I am very happy with the car and very happy with the customer service from Windsor's Wallasey. Alan Jones the sales manager was excellent throughout the process. Did not feel pressured at any stage, Alan explained everything really clearly, outlining all aspects of the sale, the warranty and the aftercare provided by the company. I got an excellent deal on my old car in part exchange and feel like I got a really good price on the car I bought. The car was fully serviced, valeted and MOT'd as part of the deal. Very happy with everything and would definitely recommend them. I think the car is pretty cool too!
Excellent company, willing to go the extra mile. I purchased what I wanted, a 'new' would have been preferable but was too expensive, so they suggested a 'just as good' low mileage demonstrator. V.pleased. Excellent product as well, quality, well finished.
From the initial phone enquiry to completion of the sale Aaron Cross at Windsors of Wallasey was amazing! I needed a car to replace my beloved 16 year old Vectra. Josh showed me several cars but the outstanding one was the Mazda2 1.5 Sport. I have had it a week now and it’s very impressive. It was nice doing business with Josh, not an experience that I have previously enjoyed when buying cars from other dealers. He was very pleasant, personable and professional demonstrating a detailed knowledge of the brand. Most of all Josh wasn’t pushy. When we did not quite understand some of the aspects of the features that we had not encountered before, we returned to Windsors and Josh patiently explained the issues to us and demonstrated how to use them. The purchase documentation was processed efficiently and thoroughly explained. The car tax refund and warranty documents were processed within a week. Josh was a pleasure to do business with and hopefully we may be buying another car from him in the near future. I certainly recommend the experience.
