Pretty good car park, not the newest, but it's still good. The spaces are a good size and it's light well. Prices are good, and it's free for blue badge holders. The disabled spaces are on the ground floor as you drive in.
Parked here to get access to Shakespeare's Birthplace and Shakespeare's New Place + takeaway lunch. Booked 3 hours through Ringo and had enough time. Reasonable price everything is expensive nowadays
An absolute joke of a car park, narrow and you have to cross traffic to enter and exit. During busy periods there are no spaces but as it's not manned people going round and round and then waiting blocking others from getting round. The card machines... There are sloths that can provide process parking tickets quicker then these. This leads to queues at the machines. Generally I would avoid here, park further out and walk, you get there quicker than the the ticket machine dispensed tickets!
Very tight corners and difficult to manoeuvre. The pay and display machine on Level 5 only dispenses one ticket: your proof of payment/receipt. It will not dispense a separate parking ticket. Placing the only ticket it dispenses in your windshield will still result in a fine, so you’re better off either using the RingGo app or going somewhere else entirely.
