Whilst trying to pick out fish from a crowded vat I was literally shouted at from across the shop "don't lean over them". This really upset my 3 year old who then wanted to leave straight away. The life expectancy of these fish is ten to fifteen years. If I'm not at liberty to get a good look at my purchase before hand then I'll buy elsewhere. On the plus side however the quality of the fish is well above average

As ever Owen the shop owner was there for a chat and advise. All that I needed was there as normal. It's a 1 stop shop for me. I have fish in my pond I bought from there almost 20 years ago. If you want something for your pond a treatment or filter or uv or quality food or items for your tropical it's the place to go. Hes cheaper than amazon on most of the stuff I want and only 5 mins out of retford which is nice.

We travel 30 miles to get there only to find after walking around and knocking on the attached house, that its closed and won't be open today.  You could at least tell people on the web site that you are not going to be open, and not say yes, we are open today until 4.30pm.  I don't know what their fish are like but if they are anything like the business we have experienced today, it's not worth returning. Not that we will be doing anyway.

Having been a customer of Windsor's fish for a great may years and always pleased with the quality of fish and friendlyness of owners.However after purchasing 20 fish for my grandchildens pond,upon the release into pond 2 immediately sank to the bottom and died within hours.Seller was not interested .Guess I need to find a new outlet for my custom.

Great selection of fish and fish related products. Expert and honest advice by the owner Owen who clearly knows his stuff. Would recommend a visit if you're looking for anything from a small fish tank to a large pond.

Got everything you need tropical, cold water, feed, accessories the lot and good value for money. Owen and Toni know their stuff and are extremely helpful.

Great place. .always well stocked with healthly fish ....the owners are very knowledgable and helpful lovely people lovely place well worth a visit
