Appointments always easy to get usually next day, definitely same week! I find engage consult so easy and quick to use. My old surgery was nightmare and you had to phone and sit on hold… “you are number 12 in the queue” which was very intrusive on my day at work.nnPrescriptions are processed quickly, the surgery is almost always running bang on time and staff are fantastic and kind. The surgery its self is huge and spotless. Very grateful to be in the ‘catchment area’ it’s a massive jump up compared to the surgery I used previously, in a near by town. Thank you Windrush :-

Dr Elizabeth Parsons was exceptionally good dealing with the 3 issues I attended for, taking the time to explain things and answer all my questions with expertise and compassion. Extra information was sent to me and a hospital referral was sent to me within 24 hours. A definite 5* feel to my visit.

Yesterday I had an appointment with Dr E Parsons.nI was incredibly impressed with the time I spent with her. She was friendly and welcoming from the moment I entered the room. She had clearly carefully read the information I had put online.nShe listened carefully , asked lots of questions, examined me gently, and explained the possible options for the next steps. I felt I completely understood what she explained, and involved in the whole process. I was particularly encouraged by the opportunity to have a follow-up appointment face to face to discuss how I was feeling after a month's treatment.nI felt reassured and much happier when leaving after the appointment. After two previous appointments with other doctors, with unsuccessful outcomes, I was extremely relieved.

Absolutely fantastic service. I feel like my concerns have been listened to and a good treatment plan has been put in place as a result. I requested an appointment, was seen, and able to collect a resulting prescription all on the same day. Special thanks to GP Jane Weldon and the friendly reception staff that stayed courteous, thorough, and professional during what looked like an exceptionally busy moment in the practice.

I had blood taken by a young trainee doctor, Jamie, and a lovely nurse who was supervising him. They constantly asked me if I was okay throughout the procedure, as Jamie was obviously learning, and took a little longer than someone with more experience. He did really well!
