We had our double glazing doors and windows replaced by this company and it was a complete and utter nightmare for us. They scratched handles, damaged the hinges and tore seals on the windows. They didn’t even seal the underside of the doors and some windows so we had an ant invasion. They left the place a mess and after using cement spilled the remainder onto soil killing the plants. They cracked several slabs by hammering on the patio. They smashed some of the window sill tiles. They also got the measurements of several windows meaning some were to short and had to filled with sealant; others were too large and had to be shaved. They also only had two workmen and when one would leave to go early I ended up having to help install some of the windows. What a complete farce. It was when we got Sandwell Council Trading Standards involved that the company immediately turned up and began to fix most of the issues.  They even had to pay for an independent specialist to come down  to repair the windows seals they had torn when using a crowbar to get the windows to shut. Later we would get mould around the windows and doors so I removed the sealant and found that even though they had promised to be using insulation foam they hadn’t. I then had to remove all the sealant and apply insulation foam myself in order to fix the mould issue. Perhaps they thought no one would ever look. I would not use this company ever again and even when issues now arise we just pay another firm to come and fix them or I do it myself as we want nothing to do with this outfit.

So impressed with Window Warehouse. Professional and friendly staff made the whole process of building our conservatory run so smoothly. From the builders to the construction of the conservatory everything went so well, even tidying up afterwards! We now have a lovely conservatory and would recommend this company to anyone thinking of home improvements. We would defiantly use Window Warehouse again in the future. The window warehouse Ltd came & fitted a large a couple of windows at the front removed a glass panel & fitted a nice white one , & did the edging of my back windows . They came gave me a fair quote , the men that fitted the windows were spot on & they all looked smashing but the really impressive  bit when there was a slight issue with a window frame sealant they came back and sorted it , could not ask for more . Got in touch with this company & Chris came out to view the job & gave us a price on the arranged day. We had a new door fitted & the workmanship & product is spot-on, would definitely recommend these guys...

Have used them twice,  Chris is an absoloute gentleman NOT a pushy salesman.    Excellent quality of work and top notch fitters,   You cant get better than his fitters,   Good value but high standards,   They came out when I had a problem without so much as a moan,  An old school operation!

Great service and value. Friendly people and no pushy sales. We bought a window for our daughter's nursery and were so happy with the price that we also had a porch and a bedroom window. They were a lot cheaper than other places we had looked and the porch looks amazing. I would definitely recommend them.  They made no mess and just cracked on with the work which was a great help as our daughter is only four months old so I had my hands full :
